didn’t really reduce much except for time spent showering.

i could probably keep not taking a long shower and i probably cant reduce it completely because water is essential

everyone is trying to reduce their water and using technology. i can probably reduce both of those too

same thing as before. turned off lights when not needed. that’s about it

turning off the lights or other electronic things that aren’t in use i could probably do if i remember

no i did not make any changes. i don’t think i can change the way i live for a week because i can’t find any other way around it.

i am taking shorter showers. not using computer as much

i can probably start taking shorter showers and using the computer less. i don’t think i can reduce consumption completely because i need the computer to do homework usually and i have to take a shower.

i could envision taking a shorter shower and drinking less water. i don’t think i can reduce my consumption completely because water is essential to living because you need to keep yourself hydrated and clean.

i noticed people taking shorter showers so i decide i can try to adjust and take shorter showers.

1. Consumption

water- didn’t drink much water today. only used water to brush my teeth and to shower

Food- woke up around 12 so i didn’t really have breakfast today

electricity- wasn’t really home today so didn’t use much. lights were on all day. i didn’t watch any t.v.

gasoline- i carpooled with a friend.

money- didn’t spend any

2. i tried to stay off the computer as much as possible and i didn’t use my phone as much.

3. i could start by not leaving my computer on when i don’t need to and i could not use my phone as much. no i don’t think i can reduce my consumption completely because there are times when you feel lazy and forget and there are times when you just have an urge to do something.
